This whole series of books is wonderful. The story line for a middle school level is somewhat elementary, but the students still LOVE them. They remember the terms and even bring them up during lessons. I think even at the middle school levels, the kids really like being read to and these books ,as silly as they seem when read at that level, help solidify these key geometry concepts in a fun kind of way. This 32 page children's book tells how Sir Cumference, his wife the Lady Di of Ameter, and their son Radius solve the problems of the king's table. King Arthur and his knights needed to have a council, but there was a problem with the table around which they met. It began as too long; after that was fixed, the table had too few sides, and other tables produced more objections. Geo of Metry makes tables in several shapes before a round table solves all the problems. The illustrations are great, with medieval pageantry and geometric explanations. A few other characters from Camelot appear, such as Sir Lancelot and Sir Gawain. : Princess Toys
This is a great book to introduce geometry to the young, making it fun and easy. Shapes and measurements are explained in the quest for the perfect council table for the king and his knights. I ordered this Liana doll and the Alexa doll for my daughter's 3rd birthday. The dolls can sing together and are dressed beutifully. However, my girls fight over the blue Alexa doll and neither wants this one. I don't know if it's the color of her dress or the fact that this doll just seems axward. As stated in previous review her legs are solid pink plastic (probably because the dress lays open at times.) It's hard to turn her dress around with a large handle in her back and it doesn't lay well once you've done it. If your daughter is a Barbie fan I'm sure she'll love this doll, but if you're chosing between the two I'd go for Alexa over Liana. Both my girls want to be Alexa for Halloween and I cannot convince either of them to be Liana even though Pink is their favorite color. Princess Toys

Customer Review: Fast and simple game for younger toddler/preschool ages
I have a daughter that is nearly 3 years old and she loves this game. It plays quickly and the rules are very simple. She can count to six and she loves actually being able to do everything herself. Basically, you roll a die and move your princess that number of spaces. If you land on a card space, you then get that card. You try to collect all five cards. When your princess lands on the fairygodmother spaces, you get to push the glass slipper. If the bell tolls, you don't get to turn a card over. But, if it "enchants", you turn one of your cards over (the ragged clothes are then a beautiful gown, the mice are magically transformed into horses, the pumkin card becomes a carriage.. you get the idea). If you are the first to have all your cards enchanted, you win. This is easy enough for ages 2.5 and up. It's only mildly entertaining to my almost 7 year old. She wants to play once in awhile, but since it doesn't create a challenge for her at all, she easily gets distracted and bored with it. I'd say ages 2.5-6years is probably more accurate than the 4+ age on the box. : Princess Toys

I bought this game to entertain my girls during our summer at home. Both my 3 and 5 year olds LOVED it. It is an interesting, yet simple to understand concept. My 3 year old was a little distracted waiting for her turn, but loved every chance she got to press the magic slipper. Only drawback is that there is no "game box" to store in. We just use the box it came in, but it's not designed for that purpose. I thought the game was a bit expensive to have no storage for pieces, etc. This would be a fantastic birthday gift for girls 3-8. : Princess Toys

I think the outfit was very cute and did the job, however after trying it on for family and friends one of the buns on the hat part fell off. I had to reattach it before halloween and secure the other one too since it was about to fall off.

I was a bit confused to see all of the negativity over this as my 4 year old got it for her birthday yesterday and LOVES it :) She made us watch it twice in a row, which is a rare occurance for anything so I know she loves this. She really doesn't care too much about the wand as it is somewhat heavy to hold and dance with, although she loves playing with it apart from the dance mat and video. The dances are fun and actually really aerobic. I know this because I did the video one time through with her and got a pretty good workout! I am glad she got this as I probably would not have bought it for her myself and I am sure that on rainy days and times when we have to be inside this will bring her much joy and fun! I know her playgroup friends will love it also!

My 6 and 2 year old girls love the groovy girls. My 6 year old has played with all of the dolls for years and has not lost interest yet. Lucinda arrived and the girls were so excited. She is well made and colorful. We also ordered Prince Lance so the "puppet shows" have not stopped. The groovy girls are a nice alternative to some of the other doll toy lines that may be a little to "old" for small girls.

Customer Review: Some old favourites, and some unfamiliar, enjoyable voices and songs
This compilation has the usual songs that immediately bring the name of composer Victor Herbert to mind - Ah, sweet mystery of life, I'm falling in love with someone and Tramp, tramp, tramp - with such well known voices as those of Macdonald, Eddy and the famous tenors, Richard Crooks, Richard Tauber and Charles Kullmann.
Perhaps of greater interest to many listeners will be the relatively seldom heard artists, such as John McHugh, Florence Easton and Florence George. All three have very pleasant voices and aural personalities.
< br />It is a somewhat mixed delight to hear Amelita Galli-Curci, John McCormack, Alma Gluck and Richard Werrenrath in recordings from the acoustic era. My personal favourite from that group is Galli-Cutci's charming version of A kiss in the dark.
Altogether, a well chosen mixture of the familiar and the out of the way, carefully and well re-recorded.

Fast shipping, cute and affordable. They are cute and stay on good, but come off when you need them too. If you have a toddler, I'd put them up high, since mine tends to rip them off the wall.

I bought these for my daughter's room. They went up great but within a day a bunch of them started to come off the wall. It turns out the ones that are coming off are from 2 of the sheets. I e-mailed the company that makes them and have yet to get a response. The ones that stay on the wall look great, I just wish they all did.
